12 WEEKS TO BETTER FITNESS STARTS:

If you love the idea of getting into cycling but have no idea where to start, then this is the solution for you!
 
Join other women, like you, looking to build up their confidence and endurance on the bike. The first four weeks focuses on simply getting used to a bike and building muscle memory. The next 8 weeks takes us through strength and distance. Those who already cycle/spin regularly may choose to join at week 5.

What to Expect

Our cycling program focuses on building up SLOWLY. So, if you haven’t cycled regularly for a long time, don’t worry – together, we will increase our endurance gradually and safely, without sapping our enthusiasm. You will be peddling 3 to 4 days per week, with progressively longer group rides on Sundays. Each week, you will receive a detailed training plan for the upcoming week, which will cover goals for each day’s workout.
 
Sunday sessions are in-person social group rides in the Memorial-Heights area. These are easy rides at a pace that allows for conversation. It’s a great way to get to get to know fellow members, while ramping up your saddle hours.

Social distancing is practiced and masks are required when safe distance is not practicable.
